This was my first busy season and the month was true to its name. I had multiple $1,000 revenue days.
Nice, Rob - I totally agree that this past busy season "validated the textbook flipping theory" for me as well.
I tried to be pretty selective in what I bought and didn't want to allocate too much capital to book flipping, unit this past summer.
